BidCenter ("BidCenter", "we", "us"), an eCorp venture, operates a public board that displays premium domain names from our network along with the current standing offer on each. By using bidcenter.com you agree to these terms.
1. What BidCenter is
BidCenter is an offers marketplace. For each listed domain we show the highest standing offer as the number to beat. When you place an offer, it is forwarded to the domain owner as a genuine inquiry. BidCenter is not an auction house and does not take custody of domains or funds.
2. Offers are non-binding
Submitting an offer expresses interest at the stated amount; it does not create a binding contract to buy or sell. A sale occurs only if the owner separately accepts your offer and both parties complete a transfer. We may display, rank, decline, or remove any offer.
3. Accurate information
You agree to provide a real name and email and to make offers in good faith. Spam, fraudulent, automated, or bad-faith offers are prohibited and may be removed without notice.
4. Public display & anonymity
Offer amounts may be shown publicly. We display bidder names in an anonymized, masked form and never publish your email address on the site.
5. No guarantee
Listings, appraisals, traffic figures, and AI-generated "business case" content are provided for information only, may be estimates, and are not warranties of value, revenue, or availability. Domains may be withdrawn or sold elsewhere at any time.
6. Intellectual property
The BidCenter name, site, and content are owned by eCorp and its affiliates. Domain names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidCenter and eCorp are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the current version.
