This policy explains what BidCenter (an eCorp venture) collects and how we use it.
What we collect
- Offer & contact details — the name, email, offer amount, and message you submit when you make an offer, send an inquiry, or subscribe.
- Usage data — pages viewed and referral code, collected via the network analytics service (analytics.vnoc.com) to understand interest in a domain.
How we use it
- To forward your offer or inquiry to the domain's owner and to notify our team so they can respond.
- To send the BidCenter Weekly newsletter if you subscribed (you can opt out anytime).
- To measure interest in domains and improve the site.
Who we share it with
We share offer details with the relevant domain owner and with our network operator (VNOC / eCorp) so they can act on your offer, and with service providers who help us operate the site (e.g. Cloudflare for hosting, email delivery providers for notifications). We do not sell your personal information.
Public display
Offer amounts may appear publicly; bidder names are shown masked (e.g. "Alex S.") and email addresses are never published on the site.
Retention & your rights
We keep offer and subscriber records for as long as needed to operate the marketplace and respond to inquiries. To access, correct, or delete your information, or to unsubscribe, contact us.
